1. Scope of Services

We offer:

• Consulting services for strategy, integration, and optimization of AI systems.
• Information products including digital courses and training materials.
• Physical goods such as hardware kits and printed guides.

2. Consulting Services

We deliver tailored consulting for machine learning adoption and AI enablement.

Scheduling and Changes

Clients secure a session by paying a non-refundable deposit equal to 20% of the total fee. This deposit covers preparatory work. Sessions may be rescheduled once within six months at no extra deposit, provided at least 48 hours’ notice is given.

Cancellations

Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice forfeit the deposit. Cancellations with more than 48 hours’ notice may apply the deposit toward future sessions within one year.

3. Information Products

Digital courses, e-books, and training materials are available immediately after purchase.

Access and Use

Access credentials are personal. Unauthorized sharing is prohibited.

Reimbursement

Requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase and before any download or streaming. Approved requests will receive a full refund of the purchase amount via the original payment channel within 14 business days.

4. Goods

We offer hardware kits and printed guides.

Ordering and Delivery

Orders are processed within 5 business days. Delivery times vary by destination.

Sending Back Unused Goods

Customers may send back unused goods in original condition within 30 days of delivery to the address below. After inspection, we will issue a refund of the purchase price minus any shipping charges to the original payment channel within 10 business days of approval.

5. Refund Process

All reimbursement or deposit application requests must be submitted via the contact form. Include order number, date, and details of the service or product. We review requests within 10 business days and notify you by email about approval. Approved reimbursements will be issued within 14 business days via the original payment channel.

6. Amendments

We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted at machineadopt.pro. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
